There are two important things we want to measure so that we know Fuzzy Labs² is working as we want it to.
These are:
- The value that innovation through Fuzzy Labs² creates, for Fuzzy Labs and the MLOps community: these are the Fuzzy Labs² Key Performance Indicators
- The success of each project we carry out: what are we looking for to know that the projects we undertake are successful?
Fuzzy Labs² KPIs
These are the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Fuzzy Labs². They are the metrics that tell us how effective we are being at meeting the aims set out in the manifesto.
The KPIs are quantifiable with numbers and are reviewed at least quarterly by the Fuzzy Labs board of directors. Over time they will show us trends and impact, and they provide a robust set of data for strategic decisions about how Fuzzy Labs operates.
As Fuzzy Labs² evolves, the directors may agree to change which KPIs we monitor, if we find there is different information needed for decisions.
