Anyone in Fuzzy Labs can work in Fuzzy Labs² and we look for opportunities to work with external collaborators too - whether that be the MLOps community, academia or positive impact use cases.
Innovation is embedded in Fuzzy Labs, so it is really important to us that everyone who wants to gets a chance to experiment and grow through involvement in Fuzzy Labs². Everyone’s different, so while some in FL will have development goals that can be fulfilled through deep involvement in a Fuzzy Labs² project, others may provide feedback or lighter touch input.
We’ve set a success measure to be percentage of team time spent in Fuzzy Labs² to make sure we stick to our plans!
Matt provides the innovation leadership for Fuzzy Labs², and typically two developers will be working on innovation projects at any one time.
An example of external collaboration is by offering student placements within the team, through our academic partners, including Lancaster University.
We’re looking for more opportunities, so please do get in touch if you’d like to be involved in any aspect, whether that is an innovation in MLOps you’d like us to explore, or a positive impact project that we could help with.
